Beatrice Weder di Mauro, former member of the German Council of Economic Experts, President of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) since 2018 and professor at the Geneva Graduate Institute, will give a speech on 6 December 2023 entitled “Still Too Big to Fail? Lessons from the Failure of Credit Suisse”.

The Bundesbank’s University of Applied Sciences participated for the first time in a conference on German-Polish economic relations in Warsaw.

Six delegates from the Korean central bank visited the Bundesbank’s University of Applied Sciences in Hachenburg at the beginning of October. Discussions focussed on current issues such as digitalisation and demographic change.

Tsinghua University in China was the destination of a two-week visit by students from the Bundesbank’s University of Applied Sciences in Hachenburg.
